By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that:

• Precision Diesel may perform diagnostics, inspections, repairs, road tests, and subcontracted work as required.

• Where a repair quote has been provided by phone, text message, or email, the quoted amount constitutes the authorized repair amount unless otherwise agreed.

• Diagnostic and inspection fees may apply even if repairs are declined.

• Additional work requires customer authorization; text-message approval is valid consent.

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• Vehicles may be held until payment is received. Precision Diesel maintains a legal mechanic’s lien on the vehicle until all charges are paid.

• Vehicles may be held until payment is received.

• Storage fees may apply if a vehicle is not picked up within 3 business days of completion notice; unpaid vehicles may be considered abandoned as permitted by law.
